| 摘 要： | 培养具有创新精神和创新能力的高素质人才是知识经济时代赋予高校的重任，也是高校能否生存和发展的关键。为了培养创新型人才，就必须实施教育创新。而教育创新是一个系统工程，需要转变教育思想，更新教育观念，实现教育内容、方法、环境的创新，从内到外为培养创新型人才提供条件。

| Abstract: | It is endued to universities to bring up high quality talents and professionals with innovation spirit and ability in the economical times, and becomes the key condition of existence and development of the universities. Education thought needs to be changed and education innovation needs to be applied to bring up the innovation talents. The education innovation is a system engineering, including transfomaing the education thought, renewing the education conception, innovating education content and method, and constructing education environment to foster the innovation talents. |
