| 摘 要： | 通过对高职院校思政课青年教师综合素质的现状分析，对思政课青年教师综合素质培养的策略进行探讨，提出了三大对策：高职院校要建立配套制度，为思政课青年教师的成长创造有利条件；思政课青年教师要钻研业务，不断提高教学水平和科研能力；思政课青年教师要加强品德修养，努力增强职业道德素质。

| Abstract: | Based on the study of the status and the discussion of the training strategies of the comprehensive quality of young teachers of the ideological and political theory course in vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the three coun- termeasures that vocational colleges should establish a supporting system to create favorable conditions for the growth of the young teachers, the young teachers should delve into their business to improve constantly their teaching level and sci- entific research ability, and the young teachers should strengthen their morality and culture to enhance their quality of pro- fessional ethics. |
