摘    要:何谓少数民族地区优秀中学英语教师,值得我们深思.文章从三个方面论述少数民族地区优秀中学英语教师问题,认为少数民族地区中学英语教师主要缺乏民族特性,针对少数民族地区的生源特点,阐述具备少数民族地区优秀中学英语教师的理论前提,并提出少数民族地区优秀中学英语教师的定位.

Abstract:It is worth considering what makes an outstanding high school English teacher in the ethnic group areas. This pa- per talks about this problem from three aspects. It puts forward the lack of identity of minority for high school English teachers in ethnic group areas, explains the theoretical premise of outstanding high school English teachers in ethnic group areas, and pro- poses the definition of outstanding high school English teachers in ethnic group areas.
