| 摘 要： | 我国的证券公司资产证券化缓慢发展,大致经历了试点阶段、试点总结暂停阶段以及重启阶段.将资产证券化应用在企业作为一种融资工具而形成的资产证券化产品,仍然是一个较新的事物.在我国,证券公司资产证券化在理论研究、政策制度建设和市场接受等方面已经取得了一定的成绩.未来,证券公司资产证券化势必将进入快速发展的阶段,成为中国企业又一主流融资工具.

| Abstract: | Asset securitization of securities companies in China develops very slowly and goes through trial phase, trial - summary - pause phase, and restart phase. It is still a new thing to apply asset securitizaion in enter- prises and use it as a tool of financing. In China, a certain amount of achievements have been made in the respects of theory studying, policy construction and market acceptance. In the future, asset securitization will definitely en- ter into the phase of rapid development and become a major financing tool for enterprises in China. |
