摘    要:在国有企业改革步伐不断推进的同时,其面临的市场竞争压力也越来越大。绩效考核作为企业绩效管理中的一项重要环节,其考核指标体系的建立以及具体实施过程是否科学有效,逐渐成为众多企业管理者研究的热点课题。文章主要以安徽省属国有企业的整体业绩表现为背景,选取其中某家上市公司的绩效考核现状进行分析,并基于模糊综合评价法给出相应的改善建议,为国有企业内部绩效考核过程的完善提供参考。

The Internal Performance Appraisal Research of Stateowned Enterprises Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method:Taking an Anhui Listed Company as Example

Abstract:With the continuous progress of the reform of state-owned enterprises,they are facing more and more pressure of market competition.Performance appraisal is an important component in the performance management of enterprises.The establishment of its appraisal index system and the effectiveness of the specific implementation process has gradually become a hot topic of research by many enterprise managers.Based on the performance of state-owned enterprises in Anhui Province,this paper analyzes the performance appraisal status of a selected listed company and provides corresponding suggestions for improvement by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.It hopes to provide some reference for the internal performance appraisal improvement of state-owned enterprises.
