| 摘 要： | 高等中医药院校教研室作为中医药教育的基层组织,其建设发展关系着中医药教育事业的未来。当前我国高等中医药院校教研室在建设发展过程中,存在着“观念陈旧、管理松懈、条件薄弱”等诸多问题,通过“运行常态化、管理规范化、建设标准化、手段信息化”“四化”建设,可在一定程度上改善高等中医药院校教研室建设困境,有效推进新时代高等中医药院校教研室教学能力建设。

| Abstract: | As the primary organization of traditional Chinese medicine higher education,the construction and development of the teaching and research office of Chinese medical colleges deeply affects the future of TCM education.At present,there are many difficulties in the construction and development,such as outdated concepts,lax management,and poor conditions and so on.The construction of"Four Modernizations",which are normalization of operation,specification of management,standardization of construction,and informatization of methods,can possibly improve the construction of teaching and research offices in Chinese medical colleges and effectively promote the improvement of teaching capacity in the new era. |
