| Abstract: | Supplying true information and increasing the diaphaneity of information are urgently required by enterprises and the whale society. But some times there are information not to be the to the original. So it is necessary to strengthen information management by improving qualities of of enterprises, strengthening their responsibilities, and increasing the control outside the enterprise and the legal binding forces. |
