自我监控能力对体育专业理论课学习效果的影响

摘    要:依据元认知和自我监控理论,结合体育专业学生学习的特点,通过运用问题策略GPS和"引—扶—放—收"的示范模式两类手段培养自我监控能力。对实验前后学生自我监控能力的差异进行比较。实验得出结论:两类培养手段能够提高学生自我监控能力;培养学生的自我监控能力能够提高体育专业理论课的学习效果。

Abstract:According to matecongetion and self-regulated of theories and combined to the student P.E.department,the research train the self-regulated ability of student by the two ways that is common question GPS and the model of guiding-supporting-freeing-collecting.Meanwhile,the author contrasts the difference of the students' self-regulated ability using DongQi's self-regulated inventory for before and after experiment.Conclusion as follow,firstly,the research can improve the self-regulated ability of student by two applying means.Secondly,training self-regulated of the students can improve effect of the professional theory course.
