| 摘 要： | 入世必将对我国的经济和经济法产生重大而深远的影响。文章分析了目前我国外商投资法律、对外贸易法律和反垄断法的现状及存在的问题,并针对这些情况提出了实施国民待遇、完善外贸法律体系和制定反垄断法等一系列对策和建议。
