高科技组织科研人员激励机制的现状和对策的研究

摘    要:科研人员是高科技组织的核心员工,他们有其特别的人生理念和发展需求,要调动科研人员的积极性和创新性,必须建立适应组织特色和员工需求的激励机制,才能充分激发科研人员的潜能,更好地实现组织的目标。本文对H工程研究院的激励机制的现状进行了深入的调查分析,总结了该组织激励机制存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。

Abstract:As the core staff in high-tech organizations,the researchers have their particular life philosophy and developmental needs.Therefore,to mobilize the enthusiasm and innovation of the researchers,the incentives must be established suitable for organizational characteristics and the employees' needs so as to fully stimulate the potential of the researchers and better achieve the organizational goals.The paper conducts in-depth investigation and analysis of the status of the incentives in H Engineering Institute,sums up the problems in organization's incentive,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
