| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会的不断发展,用人单位对专业技术人才的要求不断提高,除了专业知识、技能外,人文素质成为用人单位对当代工科大学生的普遍要求。在传统的教育模式下,工科类院校普遍注重学生的专业知识与技能的培养,而忽视了学生的人文素质,因此,人文素质逐渐成为制约工科类大学毕业生就业的瓶颈。从教育内容、教学实践、教育理念三个方面加强对工科类大学生人文素质的培养,对塑造综合、全面的高素质工科大学生,提高其就业率有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of economy and society, employers of professional and technical personnel have higher requirements, in addition to professional knowledge and skills, humanistic qualities become the universal demands of em- ployers to the contemporary engineering students. In the traditional mode of education, the engineering colleges and the students have paid attention to the professional knowledge and skills development at the expense of the quality of students in the humanities, therefore, humanistic qualities gradually become bottleneck restricted the employment of engineering graduates. From the educa- tional content, teaching practice, educational philosophy to strengthen engineering students＇ cultivation of humanistic quality is great significance to create an integrated, comprehensive high-quality engineering students and to increase their rate of employment. |
