| 摘 要： | 办人民满意的民族大学,必须努力办好“服务式”民族大学。“三个代表”重要思想是办好“服务式”大学的根本指针和理论基础;提高领导干部和管理人员的服务意识是办好“服务式”大学的重要内容;处理好各种利益关系是办好“服务式”大学的关键性问题;加强党的建设和思想政治工作是办好“服务式”大学的重要保障。

| Abstract: | To run ethnic universities satisfied by people,we must make efforts to run service-oriented ethnic universities.To run well service-oriented universities,we should take the important thought of "Three Represents" as a basic guideline and theoretical foundation and raise the sense of service of leading cadres and administrative personnel.To run well such universities,the key lies in dealing with all kinds of interest relations,and the important safeguard is to strengthen party building as well as ideological and political work. |
