| 摘 要： | 列宁亲自制订的战时共产主义政策与新经济政策内容截然不同，却均抓住了各自面临的主要矛盾，拯救了新生的苏维埃政权。剖析其问之实事求是态度及与时俱进精神，了解其中对经典社会主义理论之突破与发展，对把握列宁主义精髓大有裨益。

| Abstract: | Communist Policy and New Economic Policy,though formulated by Lenin,had a sharp difference.But both of them grasped the critical contradiction to which they were facing respectively at the time and survived newborn soviet government.Analyzing Lenin's attitude of seeking truth from facts and spirit of going with the times as well as his breakthrough and development about classical socialist theory in them is beneficial to master the essence of Leninism. |
