| 摘 要： | 教育转化后进生是一项艰巨的工作。后进生的转化工作应从倾注爱心、善于激励、把握教育时机、坚持因材施教、加强行为指导、创设和谐环境等六个方面入手,在理解的基础上爱护,在信任的基础上关心,在期待的基础上帮助,通过真诚和正确有序的工作,来引导他们逐步打开理想之门。

| Abstract: | Transformation of backward students by education is a hard job and the work should be carried out in such six ways as offering love, being good at encouraging, grasping educational chance, keeping on teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, strengthening the guidance of behavior and building harmonious environment, and love should be based on understanding, care on trust, help on expectation. The door of their ideals should be opened gradually by honest and correct work. |
