| 摘 要： | 国际金融危机影响下的严峻就业形势加剧了劳动力市场上一定程度上存在的性别歧视现象,高职院校女生就业境遇差于男生。正视危机,寻找机遇,积极应对就业压力是高职院校提升女毕业生就业率的理性选择。本文结合当前总体就业形势,分析高职院校女生的就业特点,从高职院校和女生自身两个方面提出化解就业难题的对策。
