| 摘 要： | 民族自治地方的和谐社会建设是我国社会主义和谐社会建设的重要组成部分,民族自治地方政府是该地方和谐社会建设的主体力量。民族自治地方要建设和谐社会,首先要实现政府的和谐,并在此基础上通过建设责任政府、法治政府、服务型政府,完善社会道德,转变政府职能,提高行政效率,建立和巩固新型的民族关系,保护生态和资源环境,实现社会和谐稳定。
