| 摘 要： | 面对中国竞技体育不断发展的形势以及备战伦敦奥运的需求,胡锦涛总书记提出促进中国从体育大国向体育强国迈进的奋斗目标.这一目标是对我国体育事业贯彻落实科学发展观、面向未来的科学定位,是对竞技体育未来发展战略目标、理念、实施机制再次革新与重估的导航.在这种背景下,竞技体育应该树立以人为本、全面协调、可持续发展的战略理念,实施机制上应该继续保持并提高发展水平,坚持与完善"举国体制"、与群众体育协调发展,走体育科技创新之路,加快融入国际体育社会和世界体育体系.
