| 摘 要： | 人类进入21世纪,迎接我们的是一个全球化,信息化,网络化和以知识驱动为基本特征的崭新的时代——知识经济时代.为适应知识经济发展的要求,企业财务管理必须转变理财观念,提高财务人员创新能力,从管理目标、融资内容、资本结构、风险管理方法、财务分析以及分配方式等方面进行创新,以实现知识经济下的财务管理创新,并借鉴国际经验以积极开展相关理论研究。

| Abstract: | When we entered the 21st century, what welcomed us was a brand-new era, the knowledge-based economy era, featuring globalization, informatization, information technology, and knowledge-driven. In order to meet the new requirements of this era, we have to innovate enterprise financial management in many aspects, including managing goals, financing content, capital structure, risk management, financial analysis, and distribution method. Innovating financial management in knowledge-based economy is an important task of theoretical and practical value;therefore, we must change our financial concept and improve the creative capability of financial personnel, and carry on related theoretical researches including drawing from successful experiences from the outside world. |
