| 摘 要： | 通过对参加第28届奥运会选拔赛的河南自行车女运动员张俊英训练过程中的血清肌酸激酶(CK)值进行系统的监测、分析、掌握CK值的个体特征,尤其是在大负荷训练时的变化规律.有利于把握大赛前备战阶段的训练节奏,控制运动负荷,提高运动成绩.

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the serum skin acid kinase of Zhang Junying-Henan bicycle play er in the training of selective trial of the 28th Olympic Games, this paper gras ps individual characteristics of CK. It will benefit to control training rhythm of preparing competition and increase the achievement of competition. |
