中美大学校园体育的异同比较分析

摘    要:作者结合国内外大学体育教学和研修实践,就中美大学校园体育进行了比较分析。结果表明:中、美大学校园体育的特征鲜明,重点均体现为突出体育人权、塑造身心健康等主题,但实施途径和教育教学方法不同,各具特色。大学校园体育构成主体元素几近一致,运行上存在区别。美国大学体育课程设置强调身心健康和推动终身体育,中国则注重与竞技运动相关的体育专项技战术演练和讲授。美国大学校园体育资源对社会开放,中国大学校园体育基本上是一个独立运行的时空单元。自觉参与意识和体育消费理念是美国大学校园体育的精髓,中国尚待普及。吸收美国大学校园体育先进经验,对传承和发扬中国大学校园体育特色,推进高校体育改革具有重要参考和借鉴意义。

Abstract:Inspired by the combined experience of university teaching and training programs for physical education (PE) in China and America, a comparative analysis of Sino-USA university campus sport was conducted. The re- sults indicated that collegiate sport inside both Chinese and American universities has distinct characteristics, both emphasizing human rights to sport and the equality of physical development, and shaping a sound mind as well as the body for each student. However,with differences between two separated education systems,each of them has its own traits. The main elements framing campus sport are about the same for college students from the two countries, whereas the ways of utilizing them are different. PE courses offered in American universities are ways of inspiring one's passion of physical/mental fitness, and building up lifetime sports skills. Alternatively, university teaching for PE classes in China is designed as a way of teaching and improving competitive sports strategies and skills. Most sports facilities of American universities are open to the public, as compared to facilities inside Chinese universities, which are more likely operating in an independent time slot. Self-determination and advanced sports consumption i- dea are the essences of American campus sport, and they remain to be propagated inside the Chinese system. In the author's opinion, it is necessary to learn the refined experience of American campus sport, carry on and develop our own distinguishing features of campus sport, and promot the reform of physical education in China.
