| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药复方制剂"心衰康煎液"对心衰大鼠心脏血流动力学的影响及心肌细胞的病理学改变.方法利用pclab实验记录分析系统观察和分析各实验组大鼠左心室内压、对大鼠心肌切片H.E染色镜下观察.结果心衰康使心衰得到明显改善,心肌细胞无明显变性、坏死.结论中药复方"心衰康煎液"对心衰大鼠的心肌病变有明显改善,从而产生良好的抗心衰作用.结论

| Abstract: | Objective: To obsesve the bloodstream kinetics effect and the pathological change of the cardiac muscle of heart failure rats treated with the Traditional Chinese Herb compound decoction Xinshuikang. Methods: To observe and analyze the internal pressure of left ventricle of rats in different control groups by means of pclab analyzer and coloring and exanining the tissue section of rats cardiacmuscle under the microscope. Results: The Traditional Chinese Herb compounel decoction Xinshuikang has obuious improvement on the lisions of heart failare cardiac muscle has no signif can denatuvation necrosis. Conclution: The Traditional Chinese Herb compound decoction Xinshuikang had obvious improvement on the lesions of heart failure rat and hence produced good effect against heart failure. |
