| 摘 要： | 在技术至上思潮的冲击下，图书馆发展遇上了人文精神缺失的障碍。图书馆从诞生开始，图书馆事业就与人的发展和人类文化的发展息息相关，它始终立足于人类文化的保存、传播和延续，立足于人类自身的发展和进步。人文精神是穿于整个图书馆工作流程，渗透于整个图书馆发展史中，从某种程度上说图书馆是人文精神的家园。
