| Abstract: | This paper points out that Bibliographic Control(BC)and Bibliographic Control theory(BCT)are two different concepts.These two BC and BCTshould not be confused,and too broad a definition should not be given to BC or a fallacy of circular should not be defined,either.The author believes that the connotation and extension of BC's concept will evolve together along with the progress of our society. |
