| 摘 要： | 通过对现代产业结构模块化内涵的分析，指出模块化产业结构中的企业自主创新实践是以各种类型的模块创新和集成创新为基础，并提出了后发国家企业在这种产业结构中可以选择的两种自主创新能力发展策略，即模块集成者导向策略与模块提供者导向策略。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we analyye the modularization of modern industrial structure, and point out that the independent innovation of firms in the modular industrial structure is characterized by many types of modular innovations and integrative innovations. We also provide the firms of developing country in the modular industrial structure with two ways to developing the capability of independent innovation, that is, the integrator oriented strategy and the module provider oriented strategy. |
