教师教育的学分制构想

摘    要:学分制是一种课程与教学评价和管理制度。教师教育的多元化与多样性需要一个客观的标准来衡量和比较教师教育的成就与水平。学分制的自由选修和弹性化特点能够适应教师教育的要求,推动教师专业化的发展。教师教育实行学分制的关键是统一学分设置和进行学分转换。本文通过对国内外学分制的考察,结合教师教育的特点提出一套教师教育的学分设置与学分转换方案。

Abstract:Due to the diversity of teacher education,it is important to evaluate its quality.The selection and flexibility of credit system can meet the needs of teacher education and promote teacher's professional development.The critical factors of credit system of teacher education are unifying credit setting and credit transferring.This paper offers a proposal of credit setting and credits transferring of teacher education,based on the study of international and China's credit system.
