| 摘 要： | 隐喻是英语中常见的一种修辞手段,传统的隐喻研究多注重语言内部结构的研究,只作为一种语言现象来研究,忽略了隐喻的语义功能及其在不同语言文化背景下的文化差异,本文从语义功能及其文化差异的角度阐述了隐喻的本质。
