| 摘 要： | 《教育部直属师范大学师范生免费教育实施办法(试行)》指出,该项政策的实施就是为了择优选拔热爱教育事业,有志于长期从教、终身从教的优秀高中毕业生,鼓励师范生到农村任教,改善农村基础教育现状,从而提高我国教师的整体素质和教育的整体水平,使我国教育能够得到均衡发展。但免费师范生的从教信念是否会因为这一纸协议而坚定起来?受各种因素的影响、制约及诱惑,十年以后免费师范生是否会做出再就业的决定?本研究以陕西师范大学在读免费师范生为调查对象,对免费师范生从教信念及农村任教意愿进行调查,并尝试性提出促进免费师范生从教职业信念发展的应对策略。
