中国传统师德的人文性及当代提升

摘    要:中国传统师德坚持崇高化的师德标准、注重师生关系的和谐和教师对学生的道德感化,体现出传统师德人文性的一面。但是,过分崇高化的师德要求,降低了师德的现实指导作用;接受、服从的学生伦理地位观,也使学生主体性受困。为此,还原教师作为自然人的一面,落实平等对话的师生伦理原则、坚持师德建设的人文价值导向,乃是提升师德人文性,促进传统师德向现代教师专业伦理的顺利转型的必然要求。
