| 摘 要： | 近年来,郑州市县域经济在快速发展壮大的同时,表现出民营性、开放性、集群性、多样性等特点。“十一五”时期,郑州市县域经济发展既面临难得的机遇,又面临着严峻的挑战。进一步加快郑州市县域经济发展,不仅要大力推进工业化、城镇化和农业现代化,还需要正确处理好经济区域与行政区划、市场调节与政策引导、经济增长与可持续发展、简政与放权的关系。

| Abstract: | For recent years,while the economy of the county area of Zhengzhou city is swiftly developing and growing strong,the features such as civilian-run,nature,open nature,collective and group nature and diversity are shown.In the period of "the 15th Five-year Plan",the development of the county area of Zhengzhou city faces rare opportunity as well as serious challenge.For further speeding up the economic development of the county area of Zhengzhou city,the city must not only energetically promote industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,but also correctly and well handle the line between the economic area and the administration area,market regulation and policy direction,and the relation between economic growth and sustainable development;the relation streamlining administration and instituting decentralization. |
