| 摘 要： | 以德治国的思想，是对历史上政治明和精神明优良传统的批判继承，是对新中国改革开放以来实践经验的科学总结，是对马克思主义的丰富和发展。贯彻落实以德治国的方略，要坚持不懈地加快建立与社会主义市场经济发展相适应的思想道德体系，坚持继承和发扬中华民族优良道德传统并吸收、借鉴其他民族优秀的思想道德化，以推动和加强社会主义思想道德建设。

| Abstract: | The significant thinking of running the country by kindness inherits critically from both fine tradition of political civilization and ideological civilization in history.It summarizes scientifically the practical experience since opening up to the outside world;it enriches and develops the Marxism.To carry out the strategic principle,it must quicken perseveringly establishment the ideological and ethical systom which fits in with the socialist market economy development ,and persist in inherting and developing the fine tradition of the Chinese nation; absorb and use the fine national ideological and foreign ideological ethical culture for reference to prompt and strengthen the ideological and ethical construction of socialism. |
