| 摘 要： | 如何解决师专学报稿源的匮乏问题,这是师专学报生存与发展的基本问题。文章对解决这一问题做了详细概述:(1)加强本校科研队伍建设,与教师密切合作,大力提高内稿质量;(2)调整内外稿比例,更新办刊观念,拓宽稿源渠道;(3)培养一批有作为的作者群;(4)建立健全的奖励机制,优稿高酬,提高师专学报学术地位。

| Abstract: | How to solve the problem of shortage of contribution for teachers college journals is essential for their existence and development.This paper elaborates from the following aspects:(1)reinforce the building of scientific research personnel,work together with teachers to improve the quality of internal contributions.(2)update the sense of running journals,readjust the ratio of internal and external contributions to increase their sources.(3)cultivate a group of promising contributors.(4)set up a sound incentive system,offer decent pay for good articles,and improve the academic position of Teachers college journals. |
