用工制度影响职业院校教职工组织承诺的实证研究

摘    要:为探索用工制度对组织公平、组织承诺的影响,对浙江省10所职业院校的教职工进行了调查,结果表明,用工制度、组织公平、组织承诺三者之间存在显著相关;不同用工制度显著影响教职工组织公平、组织承诺;用工制度以组织公平为中介对组织承诺产生影响。因此,教育管理者要进一步提高教职工的组织公平以提高组织承诺,激发其工作积极性。

Abstract:In order to probe the influence of employment system on the organization justice and organization commitment,a survey was made to the staff of 10 vocational colleges of Zhejiang Province.It shows that the employment system,organization justice and organization commitment are related.Different employment systems have a significant impact on the organization justice and organization commitment of the staff.The employment system,taking the organization justice as the mediator,affects the organization commitment.In terms of this,the management should strengthen the organization justice to promote the organization commitment to stir the staff working initiative.
