| 摘 要： | 在学校教育和学校变革的“话语实践”中，教育价值与多元主体及其对教育的需求相适应。本文认为，学校变革与作为教育价值主体的学校向度常常具有高度一致性：学校变革发生在学校向度上，学校主体的教育价值变化必然引起学校层面的变革运动，在学校变革实践中生成的教育价值系统，逐渐发展成熟壮大后，就会成为触发新一轮学校变革和转型的主要动因。
