| 摘 要： | 高等学校的根本任务是育人,人才培养的质量是高校生存与发展的生命线。优良的学风是保证和提高教学质量的重要条件,是学校生存、发展和创新的基础,是教育质量的重要内涵,反映了高校的办学理念、大学精神、历史积淀和教学传统,体现出高校的办学水平和管理水平。文章对影响高校学风的根本因素和客观因素进行了系统分析,认为高校学风建设要以科学发展观为指导,坚持理论联系实际的马克思主义学风,勤奋好学,学以致用,牢固树立终身学习的思想。

| Abstract: | The fundamental task of higher education is to educate people,and the quality of talent cultivation is the lifeblood of colleges and universities to exist and develop.Fine style of study is an essential condition of guaranteeing and improving education quality,and the foundation of existence,development and innovation for colleges and universities.It is also the significant connotation of education quality,the reflex of education ideas,university spirits,historical accumulation and teaching traditions,and that of education and management level of colleges and universities.The basic and objective factors influencing style of study in colleges and universities are analyzed in depth in the paper.Style of study in colleges and universities is supposed to be instructed by scientific outlook on development and adheres to Marxism style of study integrating theory and practice to study diligently and actively,to put knowledge into practice and to establish lifelong learning idea.Besides,specific measures and suggestions are put forward to reinforce style of study building in colleges and universities. |
