| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的快速发展,中小企业在保证国民经济增长、缓解就业压力、方便群众生活、推动技术创新、促进国民经济发展和保持社会稳定等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。同大企业相比,中小企业在融资、信息、人才、技术等方面还处于弱势,加之我国正处于经济转轨的过渡时期,政策环境也不尽完善,这一切使得中小企业在发展过程中面临着许多的困难和挑战,其中融资问题始终困扰着中小企业,在很大程度上制约着中小企业的进一步发展。本文分析了目前中小企业融资中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | With the market-oriented economy rapid development,small and medium-sized enterprises play more and more important role in keeping national economy increasing,mitigating employment pressure,making life easy for the people,promoting technology innovation,accelerating national economy developing and keeping society stable.Small and medium-sized enterprises have an inferior strengh over large enterprises in financing,information,talents,technology and so on.Meanwhile,we are in transitional period of economic reform and political environment is imperfect,which make small and medium-sized enterprises face much difficulty and challenges in developing process.Among them, financing always puzzles small and medium-sized enterprises and restricts their further development to a certain extent.The financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises are analyzed and countermeasures are proposed in this article. |
