| 摘 要： | 法家，战国时期诸子百家之一，是先秦汉初主张法治的一个学派。它的产生、发展经历了一个漫长的历史过程，它的出现有其深刻的历史根源和广阔的社会背景，在历史的长河中法家有幸成为时代思想的宠儿。法家思想适应时代的要求，迅速形成了完事的思想体系，虽然它的辉煌是短暂的，但它却铸就了一个伟大的时代。

| Abstract: | Law school, one of all thinkers in War--period, is the school who protested law
in the period of pre - Qin and the beginning of Han, whose birth and development covered a long period of time. Law school was lucky enough to be the favor of times. There is deep historic root-stock and capacious social background for its coming out. The idea of law school is adapted to the need of times to develop a complete thinking system. Although its resplendence is rather short, it made a great age. |
