| 摘 要： | 分析高职院校科研队伍的现状和科研队伍建设中存在的问题,指出在产学研用合作背景下,高职院校科研队伍建设必须在为区域经济建设和社会发展服务的指导思想下准确定位、系统规划,着力在同企业的科研合作实践中培养教师的科研能力,并结合本校所在顺德区产学研合作的特点进行了具体的阐述.
