民办高校教师激励的战略性人力资源管理视角

摘    要:民办高校教师是民办高校发展的核心竞争力,建设高素质的教师队伍是提高民办高校教学质量,促进民办高校发展的根本任务.而建立有效的激励机制是建设高素质民办高校教师队伍的关键.论文运用战略性人力资源管理理论,从民办高校发展的外部环境及民办高校内部管理制度两个层面分析民办高校教师激励机制形成的制约因素,并从优化民办高校外部环境和完善民办高校内部管理制度两方面探讨建立有效的民办高校教师激励机制的途径.
