| Abstract: | This study analyzes risks of R&D human capital investment in hi-tech enterprises based on the characteristics of R&D human capital and its specialty of investment.There are seven risks including technical risks,validity and time-bound risks of products R&D,the turnover risks of R&D personnel and teams,and so on.Then we put forward some control measures and suggestions correspondingly from the aspects of restriction and motivation. |
