| 摘 要： | 全球经济一体化和贸易自由化不断推进,环境和贸易关系的问题成为各经济体共同关注的焦点,绿色壁垒应运而生。从绿色壁垒形成的历史背景出发,分析其对我国外贸出口的影响,认为提高我国外贸出口产品竞争力应当实行环境和贸易良性发展的生态贸易战略,从政府、产业、企业等三个层面采取应对措施。

| Abstract: | In the course of globalization of the world economy and trade liberalization, the relationship between environment and trade has become one of the substantial topics while green barrier comes into being. Therefore, this paper attempts to analyze its background and some negative effects on the developing countries. The author believes that the ecotype of trade strategy should be conducted in order to enhance international competition of China's exports of commodity and brings forward the basic countermeasures in terms of government, industry and enterprise. |
