建设高质量教育体系的内涵与路径

摘    要:建设高质量教育体系是以满足人民群众可持续发展为目标,以更公平、更高效、更多样、更安全的育人机制为载体,最终达成高质量教育成效的教育体系。建设高质量教育体系的内涵蕴含党的领导、评价改革、协同育人、资源建设、多维发展五方面,党的领导是灵魂、评价改革是抓手、协同育人是机制、资源建设是保障、多维发展是路径。建设高质量教育体系具体路径有:加快构建德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系;推动教育深度融入新发展格局;建立健全教育质量支撑体系;深度融合高效联动体系;打造高质量专业化创新型教师队伍;强化组织保障体系。

Abstract:Building a high-quality education system is aimed to meet the people -centric sustainable development, thus constructing a fair, efficient, diverse and safe education al mechanism as the carrier for high-quality education that contains five aspects: CPC leadership, evaluation reform, collaborative education, resource construction and multidimensional development. Party leadership , as the core, is the soul, along with evaluation reform as the starting point, collaborative education as the mechanism, resource construction as the guarantee, and multidimensional development as the path. This study suggests that ways to build a high-quality education system include accelerating the construction of a system for the comprehensive development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor education, promoting the deep integration of education into the new development pattern , establishing and improv ing the education quality support system , deepening integration and efficient linkage system s, building a high-quality, professional and innovative faculty team, and strengthening the organizational guarantee system.
