| 摘 要： | “九五”期间 ,我国政府教育投入的总量水平增长迅速。但以五个指标来衡量 ,我国政府教育投入的努力程度没有得到显著加强 ,若以某些指标来衡量 ,努力程度甚至下降了。省级财政对教育投入的努力程度比中央财政高一些 ,对东部、中部、西部三个地区省级政府教育投入努力程度的比较结果依赖于被选择的指标

| Abstract: | The total investment Chinese government put into education had a rapid increase during the Ninth Five\|Year Plan. But government's efforts in education investment did not see an increase if measured by five indexes, but a decrease if measured by some other indexes. Provincial governments show greater efforts in education investment than that of the central government. Results of appraisals on the efforts in education investment among provincial governments of eastern, central and western areas depend on the indexes chosen. |
