| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆的流通部是图书馆为读者服务的第一线窗口,图书文献只有通过借阅流通才能发挥其作用。因此,图书馆应重视图书流通工作。文章介绍了新时期流通工作的变化,并从优化藏书结构,加强藏书管理和读者管理,提高流通管理人员的素质等方面论述如何提高流通服务工作质量。
