摘    要:反思“两课”考试的功能定位 ,转变“工具教育”的思路 ,以“考学”而非“考德”作为课堂教学考核的直接出发点 ,建立“考知”与“考行”有别的德育分级考核框架。在此基础上 ,以“考知”作为课堂教学考核的目的 ,按照标准化测量要求构建多元化考核体系 ,用标准化闭卷考知识 ,标准化开卷考能力 ,无记名问卷考信念 ,并辅以评教、评管问卷 ,实行学员、教员、管理 3方分别达标。

Abstract:The function of the examination in the "two courses" needs reexamining, and the thinking of "instrumental education" should be changed. Classroom teaching assessment must be "examining learning" rather than "examining morality". The framework of "examining knowledge" and "assessing behavior" being differentiated must be established. "Examining knowledge" is the aim of assessing classroom teaching. To do this, the multiple assessment system must be established according to the requirements of standardized measurement. Standardized closed-book examination paper should be used to examine students' knowledge. Standardized open-book examination paper should be used to assess students' ability. Questionnaires should be used to examine students' believes. Besides, questionnaires to assess teachers and administrators should be used so that students, teachers and administrators are assessed to be qualified.
