| 摘 要： | 第二课堂是第一课堂的延伸和补充,是高校人才培养的重要组成部分.本文对当前高校实施第二课堂的现状进行了分析,首先阐述了“卓越计划”实施背景下高校第二课堂的建设内容,然后以天津科技大学行业卓越人才实验班第二课堂建设为例,从人才培养目标、培养方案、师资队伍、资源建设和政策保障等方面分析了第二课堂建设对行业卓越人才个性化培养的促进作用.

| Abstract: | Extracurriculum activities are not only extensions of and complements to academic studies,but also important components of university talents training. In this paper,the current practice of extracurriculum activities is analyzed. The construction contents of extracurriculum activities are illustrated against the setting of Excellence Program. Then the promotion effects of extracurriculum activity construction on individualized talents training are discussed,taking the Outstanding Talents Training Program of Tianjin University of Science and Technology as an example. |
