| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育改革的推进,大学生的创新精神和科研能力逐渐受到重视.作为一种教学模式,PBL导向的科研人才培养模式正在被逐步推广.本文从情境认知、合作学习与构建主义理论三个方面阐述了PBL导向型大学生科研人才培养模式的理论基础,并以省级大学生创新性训练项目为例,探讨了以PBL为导向的科研人才培养模式在实践当中的具体应用与培养路径,最后提出了完善PBL导向型大学生科研人才培养模式的对策建议.

| Abstract: | With the higher education reform moving forward,college students＇ innovative spirit and research capacity are gradually taken seriously. The PBL-oriented research talents cuhivation model,as a kind of teaching model,has been gradually extended. This paper elaborated on the theoretical foundation of the PBL- oriented college students＇ research talents cultivation model from three aspects ： situational cognition, cooperative learning and constructivism theory. Taking the provincial college students＇ innovation training programs for examples,this paper analyzed the specific applications and training approaches of the PBL- oriented research talents cultivation mode. Finally,this paper posed some suggestions to improve the PBL- oriented research talents training mode. |
