摘    要:从产品创新的战略和保持竞争优势的关键入手,分析新产品创新设想的来源和影响服务质量的几种差异,提出加强企业信息集成,通过竞争战略制定前的信息分析,形成企业竞争优势模式,并充分以信息技术支持企业战略。

Abstract:By introducing the significance of the strategy in product innovation and maintaining competitiveness, this paper analyzes the initiation of product innovation and the occurrence of difference due to the process of service quality control and suggests that the integration of information at enterprises should be intensified. In accordance with the infonnation analysis before the implementation of competitive strategy, the competitive models and innovation strategy with IT are presented.
