| 摘 要： | 基于校园网构建教学资源库是实现教育教学资源共享，达到教育技术手段进入课堂的目的。本文首先分析了建立资源库存在的问题，然后提出建库的原则和目标，教学资源库建设的内容和日常管理工作等。

| Abstract: | The building of a teaching resource library which based on the school network is the way to make the teaching resource be shared and get the aim of putting the modern education means into class. In this essay, it analyzes the questions of building the resource library. Then it brings out the principles and the aims. At last, it talks about contains of the building the teaching resource library and the everyday managing work. |
