| 摘 要： | 目前高校学生申请入党队伍在不断壮大,但也存在着一些申请入党人入党动机不纯的现象。要做好发展大学生入党工作,就要采取及时引导、及时培训、及时强化的“三及时”培养措施,帮助申请入党人端正入党动机,树立坚定的共产主义信念。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, more and more college students are willing to apply for the Party membership. However, some of them will do it with impure motives.In order to correct the applicants' motives and help them acquire a firm communist belief,this paper advances "three in-times",that is,instruction in time, training in time and enhancing in time. |
