摘    要:废弃阴极射线管(CRT)的处理处置是电子废弃物处理处置中的重要问题之一,CRT玻璃因含铅等重金属元素而成为废弃CRT处理处置的核心问题.CRT玻璃除可回炉再制造新玻壳(Glass-to-Glass)或用作冶金助熔剂提炼铅(Glass-to-Lead)之外,在建筑材料领域也具有较大的应用潜力.采用废弃CRT玻璃可生产玻璃陶瓷、生产烧结型建材制品、生产泡沫玻璃和混凝土固化填埋等.

Abstract:Due to the presence of toxic and hazardous substances, mainly of leaded glass, the treatment and disposal of end-of-life (EOL) Cathode Ray Tubes (CRTs) has gained a global concern. In order to tackle this problem in a safe, low-cost, high-efficiency and environmentally friendly manner, closed-loop and open-loop recycling processes have been developed. Closed-loop recycling refers to putting EOL CRT glass into the remanufacturing of new CRTs. For open-loop recycling, it is defined as the application of EOL CRTs into non-CRT-manufacturing fields, which may include glass-to-lead, glass-to-ceramics & building materials, stablization & landfill and so on. Among all these methods, building material approaches were proved to be effective and feasible. This study was focused on building material approaches to the treatment and disposal of EOL CRT glass as well as the disassembly and pre-treatment techniques. Unleaded panel glass may be utilized as: raw material of bricks and tiles, flux in bricks and/or ceramic ware manufacturing, and stuff of foam glass.
